What owners love
- ✓Extends long enough to reach middle back without contorting yourself
- ✓Stainless steel construction feels durable and doesn't rust after months
- ✓Having two means one for bathroom, one for bedroom drawer
What owners regret
- ✕Telescoping mechanism gets stuck or doesn't lock reliably after a few months
- ✕Scratching head requires awkward angle; really only works for back scratching
