What owners love
- ✓Handles 12 sheets easily without jamming, even with mixed paper types
- ✓Quiet operation compared to other crosscut shredders in this price range
- ✓Large wastebasket means fewer trips to empty it throughout the week
What owners regret
- ✕Thermal cutoff kicks in after 15-20 minutes, frustrating for longer shredding sessions
- ✕Wastebasket doesn't seal well, creating dust and mess when removing it
