What owners love
- ✓Removes deep stains and pet accidents that vacuums completely miss
- ✓Heats water consistently, making carpets dry faster than expected
- ✓Still works great after years of weekly use on heavy traffic areas
What owners regret
- ✕Hose connections leak occasionally, requiring wrapping with tape or replacement
- ✕Weighs a ton and awkward to push up stairs or into corners
- ✕Solution tank gets clogged if you don't rinse the nozzles after every use
