What owners love
- ✓Removes thick calluses way faster than pumice stones or other files
- ✓Dual-sided design lets you switch between coarse and fine surfaces easily
- ✓Stainless steel holds up well and doesn't rust after months of use
What owners regret
- ✕Creates a lot of dust and dry skin flakes that gets everywhere
- ✕Can feel too aggressive on sensitive skin if you're not careful with pressure
- ✕Edges can become dull after several months of regular heavy use
