What owners love
- ✓Cuts hair super close and smooth, way better than cheaper shavers
- ✓Battery lasts through multiple shaves without needing daily charging
- ✓Waterproof design makes cleanup easy, can rinse right under tap
What owners regret
- ✕Heads wear out after 6-12 months, replacement blades cost almost half the shaver
- ✕Gets uncomfortably hot after 10-15 minutes of continuous use on thick hair
- ✕Customer service takes weeks to respond or doesn't help with defects
